Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
1-3 years of experience in public accounting (internships count!).
Tech savvy and comfortable with advanced technology.
Strong analytical abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative spirit, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage deadlines without losing your cool.

Responsibilities

Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
Prepare financial statements (compilations and reviews) in accordance with professional standards.
Analyze financial data to assist in the preparation of client reports and business performance summaries.
Perform basic tax and financial reporting research to stay ahead of evolving trends and laws.
Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide deliverables.
Collaborate with senior staff and managers to ensure client deliverables are accurate and met on time.
Actively participate in training sessions to sharpen your technical skills.
