About The Position

EndSolution Communications is looking for a staff accountant to join our team in our Chandler, AZ office. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to join our Business Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting the monthly close process, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial reporting while supporting operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and eager to grow within a collaborative finance team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and month-end close processes.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting month-end and year-end close cycles.
  • Familiarity with audit support and financial statement preparation.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience in a growing or multi-state organization.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and other month-end close adjustments.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and internal reports.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial data, analysis, and variance explanations.
  • Analyze financial results and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash application and management, and other transactional accounting functions as needed.
  • Support audits by preparing schedules, providing documentation, and responding to auditor requests.
  • Maintain organized and accurate supporting documentation for accounting records and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
