An established organization is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their finance team. You'll take ownership of fixed assets, capital projects, and general ledger accounting, playing a key role in month-end close and annual audit readiness. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience as a staff accountant, auditor, or financial analyst
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, adapt, and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset schedules and reconcile to the general ledger
• Calculate monthly depreciation and track capital project costs
• Manage indirect cost allocations and support the annual indirect cost proposal
• Reconcile assigned GL accounts and prepare adjusting journal entries
• Own the month-end close process
• Support AP, payroll, and AR functions, and assist with the annual financial audit
