About The Position

Renu Energy Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This is a hands-on role with real room to grow: you'll work side by side with our Controller, gain broad exposure across the business, and take ownership of key financial functions, including preparing reports across our three divisions. This is more than a staff accounting job; it's a chance to build broad, cross-functional experience and grow into a trusted financial partner to leadership. You'll get direct mentorship from our Controller, exposure to multi-division reporting, and ownership of a high-visibility process from day one.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and solid grasp of accounting principles and month-end close
• Sharp analytical skills and a real eye for detail

Nice To Haves

• Commission or sales-compensation experience a plus
• Paylocity/Zoho experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Controller on day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Prepare accurate, timely reporting across all three of our divisions, gaining broad company-wide financial exposure
• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules
• Work across accounting, payroll, CRM, and reporting systems to research transactions and improve processes
• Help strengthen internal controls and support audit, tax, and financial review requests
