About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Staff Accountant (CPA Preferred) to join our team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial statements, and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, a solid understanding of P&L management, GAAP Accounting and the ability to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Enterprise – required
- Proven experience preparing and analyzing P&L statements and full financial statements
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards with multi-company eliminations
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Ability to commute/relocate: Burlington, NJ 08016: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license – Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage and maintain general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Oversee and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to support business decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within QuickBooks Enterprise
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable accounting regulations
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
