Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance
- Five years of experience in corporate accounting/finance
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Complete HIPAA certification and demonstrate full comprehension of your understanding of the importance of protecting client and company information.

Responsibilities
- Establishes, implements, and maintains prudent internal controls throughout the company
- Prepares monthly and annual financial statements
- Coordinates annual financial statement review and tax return preparation with external CPA firm
- Plans and forecasts the company’s financial performance
- Analyzes and reports on variances, conducts profitability analyses, and makes financial presentation to ownership monthly
- Maintains and reconciles company bank accounts, and forecasts operating cash flow
- Oversees bi-weekly payroll processing
- Administers the company 401(k) plan
- Maintains a working relationship with the company’s primary bank and lenders
- Administers and obtains renewal quotes on company liability insurance policies
- Serves as a trusted colleague for the management team, contributing to an environment of collaboration
- Provides accounting services for any ancillary entities
