About The Position

YipitData is looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. Requirements

2+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong experience with: Accounts Receivable (AR)
Strong experience with: Bookkeeping
Strong experience with: General Ledger (GL) accounting
Strong experience with: Month-end close processes
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Intermediate Excel skills
Knowledge of GAAP required

Nice To Haves

Experience with NetSuite accounting software and Salesforce CRM strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including: invoice review, collections, cash application, and account reconciliations.
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a timely manner; Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
Monitor A/R aging, follow up on outstanding balances, and partner with our Treasury Manager on collections.
Review APAC entities' payroll reports and transactions booking in NetSuite.
Assist in month-end closing procedures and other accounting tasks as assigned; Prepare and post journal entries as needed; Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules; Analyze financial results and explain variances (Flux review).
Support our annual financial audit and other ad hoc projects.
