Requirements

2+ years of accounting experience or an associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
Solid Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems (dealer system experience is a plus)
Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines
Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate and support others

Responsibilities

Reconcile deposits, bank activity, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
Process and finalize unit sales transactions, including data entry and verification
Prepare journal entries and support monthly close activities
Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with teams across locations to gather and confirm financial information
Support inventory tracking and assist the accounting team as needed
