About The Position

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations or designee, the Coordinator will provide facilitation services to groups utilizing the high school stadium, high school baseball fields and mid high school gated athletic fields.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-call.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and community.
• Must know and follow health, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Must demonstrate professionalism through conduct and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with users to determine needs.
• Assist maintenance and grounds staff in ensuring a safe environment for athletes and spectators.
• Open and close fields for group use.
• Comply with all district policies, auditorium rules, regulations and procedures.
• Consistently follow directions of the lead staff member.
• Work as a positive team member.
• Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with staff, students, parents and community.
• Know and follow health, safety and emergency procedures of the district.
• Demonstrate professionalism through conduct and punctuality.
