About The Position
Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Stacking Machine Operator. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating the stacking machine. This role involves uploading programs, stacking sheets of dielectric material, and ensuring adherence to correct build-up designs and dielectric types by reading travelers. The operator will also be responsible for inspecting stacked bars using a microscope and recording data in SPC.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Some experience in setting up and operating semi-automated machines.
- Some experience in working in a manufacturing environment.
- Some experience using a Microscope
- Basic computer skills
- Good math skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating the stacking machine.
- Uploading program instructed on the traveler to stack sheets of dielectric material.
- Stacking sheets of dielectric material.
- Reading the travelers to ensure that they are following correct build-up design and correct dielectric type.
- Reading and locating program files and data recording in SPC Data Entry.
- Inspection of stacked bars through the microscope.
