About The Position

The Stack Off position is responsible for supporting production operations by lifting, carrying, stacking, and moving product, boxes, materials, and equipment as needed throughout the plant. This role helps ensure product is handled safely, pallets are stacked properly, and production areas are supported based on business needs. The Stack Off team member plays an important role in maintaining product flow, supporting multiple departments, following safety procedures, and contributing to a clean and safe working environment. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced manufacturing and poultry production environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to learn and perform general labor duties.
• Ability to lift 45 to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stack pallets up to 10 high while maintaining stability and safety.
• Ability to perform repeated lifting, bending, carrying, and stacking.
• Ability to work in various departments and assist where needed.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime and some weekends as required.
• Ability to follow safety requirements, company policies, and department procedures.
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to pass SVO pre-employment/post-offer checks.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lift 45 to 75 pounds repeatedly as part of daily production duties.
• Stack pallets up to 10 high while maintaining stability and safety.
• Perform repeated lifting, bending, carrying, and stacking tasks.
• Work throughout various departments to assist where needed.
• Support production flow by moving, stacking, and organizing product, boxes, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow all safety requirements, including use of required personal protective equipment.
• Prevent and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, hazards, or safety concerns.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related requirements as applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow company policies, department procedures, and production standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
