About The Position

This leadership role plays a critical part in managing the day-to-day operations of TruStage Digital Assets and is responsible for engaging in the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of TruStage Stablecoin (the Program). As Director of Operations, this role will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of stablecoin operations, ensuring scalable, compliant, and partner-enabled delivery of digital asset capabilities. As a key leader, this position will play a major role in the integration, management, and growth of a broad network of financial institutions, fintech platforms, and technology partners to deliver innovative stablecoin solutions. This role will lead cross-functional coordination and execute the Program’s partner ecosystem strategy to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related professional work experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of professional experience in operations, program leadership, or partner management.
  • 3+ years of operational experience with stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain-based payments, or comparable regulated fintech industries.
  • Digital asset and blockchain fluency.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to deliver results through teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience managing complex programs and risks in regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of API ecosystems and integration strategies across technology partners.
  • Proven ability to assess business risk, execute strategy, and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational execution of TruStage Stablecoin, including issuance, redemption, transaction monitoring, and liquidity processes.
  • Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure operational integrity, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Own operational governance including risk management, audit readiness, and security oversight for stablecoin custody and distribution.
  • Monitor operational performance through KPIs and reporting including on-chain analytics, to drive continuous improvement and inform leadership decisions.
  • Partner with treasury and investment management to coordinate daily reserve operations supporting the TruStage Stablecoin.
  • Oversee on-chain operations, including wallet provisioning and access, key management protocols, and smart contract administration.
  • Lead incident response procedures, including coverage, root cause analysis, and post-incident reporting to executive leadership.
  • Define and execute a comprehensive enabling partner strategy to support stablecoin distribution and platform integration.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of various partner relationships, including financial institutions, fintech platforms, and technology providers.
  • Drive partner integration across ecosystems (e.g., core systems, digital banking, payments, and API frameworks).
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand capabilities and deliver business outcomes.
  • Execute a multi-year roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and market opportunity for TruStage Stablecoin.
  • Contribute to financial objectives by forecasting program performance, preparing budgets, and managing expenditures.
  • Assess risks, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, accounting, sales and marketing workstreams to enable integrated solutions.
  • Influence and align stakeholders to deliver consistent and scalable outcomes.
  • Monitor the digital asset landscape, including regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and market trends and recommend necessary modifications to the business strategy to respond to these developments.
  • Apply insights to evolve strategy, drive innovation, and ensure long-term program sustainability.
  • Represent program strategy and outcomes internally and externally to stakeholders and partners.
  • Participate and lead presentations to executive leadership and the TruStage Board of Directors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the partner ecosystem and industry network.
  • Coordinate publication of reserve attestations and operational disclosures, serving as an operational point of contact for regulators and auditors in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Audit.
