Making Opportunity Count (MOC) is dedicated to empowering families to achieve economic security by eliminating barriers and creating opportunities. MOC addresses poverty by providing a range of services, including childcare, education, workforce development, nutrition, health, and community and housing support. The Stabilization Case Manager will provide ongoing case management services to families after they have moved from shelter into their own apartments. The primary focus of this role is continuous barrier reduction to ensure the family's long-term success and to help them develop the skills and resources needed to sustain housing. Families typically participate in the Stabilization Program for up to three years.
