About The Position

The SSR Java Springboot Developer designs, develops, and maintains backend services using Java and related frameworks, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. The role involves designing and consuming REST APIs, deploying and operating applications in OpenShift environments, and collaborating with Angular frontend teams to integrate services. The developer also participates in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration, and analyzes incidents to recommend improvements in performance, scalability, and security. Requirements

Proven experience in backend development with Java.
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices-based architectures.
Knowledge of Oracle and SQL.
Experience with Docker containers and OpenShift platforms.
Experience in REST API design and development.
Proficiency with version control tools such as Git.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Nice To Haves

Experience with frontend development using Angular.
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as GitHub Actions.
Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of Spark technologies, including Databricks, Cloudera, or AWS.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and related frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Implement and consume REST APIs.
Deploy and operate applications in OpenShift environments.
Collaborate with Angular frontend teams to ensure seamless service integration.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration activities.
