Requirements

Experience in Java Spring boot and Angular.
Hands-on experience in Java/Microservices Development.
Experience in Handson software development using Java Spring Boot and Angular.
A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
A proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining our applications.
The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration.
Extensive hands-on experience with Angular (v12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Strong experience in Java 11+/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Microservices.
Expertise in REST APIs, API Gateway, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and performance optimization.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

Microsoft Azure certifications preferred.
Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, or large-scale enterprise applications.
Exposure to cloud migration, modernization, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects
Lead architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications using Spring Boot and Angular.
Drive implementation of microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
Design, deploy, and optimize applications on Microsoft Azure.
Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to define scalable solutions.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams.
Support estimation, sprint planning, release management, and production deployments.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
