About The Position

As a Senior SSIS/SQL Developer, you will design, enhance, and support business‑critical SQL Server batch processing solutions using SSIS. You will operate as an individual contributor with a strong focus on building reliable data pipelines, ensuring efficient batch execution, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting issues to maintain stable production operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software or database development.
• Strong hands‑on experience developing and supporting SSIS packages.
• Advanced expertise in SQL Server, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience building and supporting batch processing and scheduled jobs.
• Working knowledge of .NET/C# for backend or batch workflows.
• Proven experience troubleshooting data processing and quality issues.
• Experience supporting automated production environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support SSIS‑based SQL batch processing solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines for efficient data movement across systems.
• Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance and scalability.
• Monitor and support scheduled batch execution in production environments.
• Perform root cause analysis for batch failures and data integrity issues.
• Document SSIS packages, data flows, and batch processing logic.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues.
