SS Food Svc Asst I, MC

Provides temporary support to Food & Nutrition at URMC, in a variety of roles, including, but not limited to: the preparation of sandwiches or hot meals, cleaning tables, washing dishes, serving staff, and/or the general public. Candidates must be available for rotating shifts, and every other weekend and holiday.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the methods of food preparation
- Ability to read and write English
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions
- 1 year experience in commercial food service or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to lift items weighing approximately 40-50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Preparation of sandwiches or hot meals
- Cleaning tables

- Serving staff, and/or the general public
