About The Position
We're looking for an experienced SRE Lead / Performance Engineering Lead with strong expertise in Performance Testing, Mobile Performance Engineering, and Application Monitoring to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter
- Execute Load, Stress, Endurance, Scalability, and Volume testing
- Perform iOS mobile application performance testing using XCUITest
- Analyze application, API, backend, and network performance
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements
- Define and manage SLAs, SLOs, and performance KPIs
- Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Product teams
- Monitor applications using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar APM tools
- Create dashboards and performance reports
- Support production performance monitoring and root cause analysis
