About The Position

This role is responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Amazon purpose-built AI Services, including Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Polly, Amazon Textract, and Amazon Bedrock. The position involves engaging with product managers to influence product direction and help customers utilize Amazon AI Services, working backwards from key customer use cases in areas such as Voice AI. Responsibilities include developing GTM plans, leading customer engagements, driving external/internal evangelism, and developing scale assets. The ideal candidate will have a business and technology background, domain expertise in Generative AI and key ML powered use cases, and the technical depth to articulate the benefits of Amazon Bedrock and other GenAI related services to various audiences. The role requires a good understanding of GenAI market trends, ecosystem, and opportunities, with a passion for market development and evangelism. The ability to interact, communicate, and partner with internal AWS teams (product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, and professional services) and external customers and model providers is essential. The role will drive the development of the GTM plan for building and scaling adoption of Amazon AI Services, interact directly with customers to understand their business problems, and work with model providers and solutions architects to help them define and implement scalable GenAI solutions. Collaboration with account teams and product teams to unblock and drive production implementations is also a key aspect.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • 2+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), GenAI (Generative AI), Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications
  • Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
  • Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
  • Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology
