Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to six years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise Windows Infrastructure experience supporting large-scale Windows Server environments.
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, authentication services, identity management, and enterprise administration.
  • Advanced experience with Windows performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure infrastructure, hybrid cloud operations, and cloud support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows patch management, package deployment, security updates, and system lifecycle management.
  • Experience with automation and scripting, including PowerShell, configuration management, orchestration, and infrastructure automation frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of vulnerability remediation, security hardening, compliance controls, and operational best practices.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across storage, file systems, permissions, networking, and enterprise infrastructure services

Nice To Haves

  • Red Hat Linux experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead administration, maintenance, and optimization of Windows Server infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Level 3 incidents, driving root cause analysis and long-term resolution.
  • Manage and support Active Directory, Group Policy, authentication services, and identity management solutions.
  • Drive vulnerability remediation, security hardening, patching, and compliance initiatives across enterprise environments.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, infrastructure-as-code, and orchestration tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support and optimize hybrid cloud environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure, including migrations and cloud-based operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows performance, storage, file systems, permissions, networking, and infrastructure services.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement, standardization, and modernization initiatives across the infrastructure platform.
