Requirements

• Warehouse and Inventory management experience.
• Mechanically inclined - fixed equipment (crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps), tractors
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards.

Nice To Haves

• Background in aggregates preferred
• Minimum of three years related experience in Warehousing, Planning/Scheduling, or Project Management.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems, including SAP and Microsoft.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Leading and training warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
• Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments to support overall quarry operations.
