About The Position

This role requires a seasoned Sr. VMWare Engineer with a strong technical background and extensive experience in VMWare administration, team leadership, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a 4-year technical degree and a proven track record in managing complex IT environments.

Requirements

• 4-yr Technical Degree (MIS or Computer Science or equivalent)
• 8+ years of IT/Engineering experience
• 5+ years of VMWare Administration experience
• 3+ years of experience leading/mentoring
• 3 years of experience leading a team of network and system engineers
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Aruba Central
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Logic Monitor
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with VCenter
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ESXI
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows domain
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of network and system engineers.
• Administer VMWare environments.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including Aruba Central, Logic Monitor, VCenter, ESXI, Active Directory, and Windows domain.
• Utilize AWS Cloud for relevant engineering tasks.
