About The Position

The Senior Vice President, Property Management is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the Property Management function across a national portfolio comprising approximately 5,000 residential apartment units and 12.5 million square feet of commercial real estate. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the SVP will lead all aspects of property operations, financial performance, tenant and resident experience, building maintenance, capital planning, team leadership, and operational excellence. This individual will establish a culture of accountability, ownership, communication, and continuous improvement while ensuring the portfolio is operated efficiently, prudently, and in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. The role carries full accountability for the performance of the Property Management function nationally and requires a leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution. The successful candidate will act as an owner, ensuring buildings are cared for, teams are accountable, capital is allocated thoughtfully, and long-term asset value is protected and enhanced.

Requirements
