JOB SUMMARY The Senior Vice President of Sales provides strategic leadership and oversight of ADG’s enterprise-level sales organization across three core Business Units (BUs): Peachtree, AWC, and Granco. The primary mandate of this role is to lead the full spectrum of sales related to cabinets, countertops, flooring, and all interior finishes ensuring unified strategies and strong alignment across BUs. A critical focus for this leader is the development and execution of an integrated "Whole-House" solution strategy, bundling ADG's diverse product categories into a single, seamless offering that drives market presence, increases "wallet share" per rooftop, and enhances profitability.
