The Vice President of Sales is a senior leader responsible for leading, directing, and executing the company’s sales strategy across all channels and customer segments. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational ownership, ensuring consistent market execution, strong distributor and customer relationships, and alignment between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. This position serves as the primary escalation point for complex sales issues, distributor relationships, and market-facing decisions, while also owning critical internal processes that enable the sales organization to operate efficiently and credibly. This role is both strategic and operational in nature and requires a leader who is comfortable making decisions, owning outcomes, and serving as the connective tissue between the market and the organization.
