About The Position

This role is for a Senior UX Designer responsible for leading the design of various products, features, and experiences with a user-centric approach. The designer will collaborate with other designers and cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that align with business goals and user needs. Key activities include conducting and analyzing user research and usability tests to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points. The role involves managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and estimating timelines for timely delivery of design deliverables. The designer will also contribute to and adhere to design guidelines and processes to ensure consistent user experiences and will act as an advocate for the user-centered design approach.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in any occupation with experience designing UX, UI, or interactions for various customer-facing products.
• Experience using UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Design suite.
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA or ADO.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows to conceptualize design ideas.
• Basic principles of visual design such as use of color, layout, typography and branding.
• Experience structuring and organizing information in products displayed to the user.
• Design principles, web and mobile interfaces, and responsive design.
• Bachelor’s in Human Computer Interactions, Interaction Design, or related.

• Contribute and adhering to the design guidelines and design processes to ensure consistent user experiences.
• Advocating for the user-centric approach and adhere to the user-centered design principles.
• Leading product design through the entire design lifecycle starting from research up until delivery.
