As the Senior Trade and Customs Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring Baxter's global trade operations remain compliant, efficient, and strategically optimized. You will serve as a subject matter expert supporting U.S. and international import and export activities while helping Baxter navigate complex customs regulations, trade programs, and supply chain security requirements. This is where your expertise in customs compliance, trade programs, and cross-functional collaboration helps keep critical healthcare products moving across borders safely, efficiently, and compliantly, ultimately supporting Baxter's mission to save and sustain lives. In this role, you will partner closely with logistics, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, finance, legal, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to manage compliance obligations, reduce trade-related risk, and identify opportunities for operational and duty cost optimization. Success will be measured through regulatory compliance, operational excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of Baxter's global trade programs. Your team The Global Trade Compliance team is responsible for supporting the compliant movement of products and materials across international borders, helping ensure patients receive the critical therapies and medical products they depend on. Through partnership with internal partners and external agencies, the team safeguards Baxter's supply chain while supporting business growth and operational continuity.
