Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing for the Olympic & Paralympic Games or in other global sporting events with official travel and hospitality providers
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with event ticketing systems and databases
  • High proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Airtable
  • Data analysis skills
  • Ability to read venue seating charts and familiarity with terminology used to designate areas within stadiums and venues.
  • Proficiency in project management applications and reporting tools
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a large team
  • Proactive in identifying areas where more support can be provided to maximize guest experience and achieve revenue targets

Responsibilities

  • Audit ticket inventory across systems to ensure data integrity
  • Support sales teams and processes using designated reservations systems, following established sales rules and with a focus on maximizing revenue
  • Collaborate with Ticketing colleagues, Product, Inventory, Pricing, Event Production and Guest Services teams and other Functional Areas (FA’s)
  • Monitor official competition schedules, update internal documents and keep relevant FA’s informed of changes
  • Produce reports, presentations and user guides
  • Assist in the delivery of digital tickets to clients
  • Other ticketing duties, as required to support On Location’s successful delivery of the Olympic and Paralympic Games project and test events
