Your Impact Location: We are hiring in all Axon hub sites. When staff is not traveling, they are expected to be in the office at least 1 day a week. Travel: 30-50% (domestic) - onsite with Enterprise customers Reports to: Sr Director of Professional Service, Enterprise As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Axon, you will lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale deployments for our Strategic Enterprise customers that operate around the globe. You’ll own programs end-to-end—partnering with customers, product, engineering, and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into clear plans and successful outcomes. This role operates in high-visibility, mission-critical environments where priorities evolve and judgment matters. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, maintain composure under pressure, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders—balancing customer needs, product capabilities, and long-term scalability.
