It connects customers with qualified parts suppliers, repair facilities, overhaul providers, field service organizations, and engineering specialists, while advising on equipment selection, installation, commissioning, deployment configurations, operations, maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle cost optimization. Working across engineering, sales, service operations, procurement, quality, and external partners, the position translates customer needs and market opportunities into products, services, and technical solutions intended to improve reliability, availability, performance, and total cost of ownership while supporting business growth. The position reports to the Vice-President, PM and S&C. The initial salary range is $201,600 to $250,000, based on experience and qualifications. The role normally works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; extended hours may be required. Ground and air travel, including travel of up to 20%, is required. Work may take place at industrial sites with protective clothing and equipment, industrial hazards, high noise levels, and new construction. Physical mobility across stairways, ladders, grating, and uneven terrain, and the ability to see, hear, read, and react to warnings, lights, and alarms are essential. Employees participate in the Fitness for Duty Program, which includes a post-offer physical examination and drug screening and post-employment random drug screening. Employees must follow NAES safety rules and procedures.
