About The Position

CGI Federal is seeking a highly analytical Senior Market Access Technical Analyst to optimize commercial pricing systems and data infrastructure for complex pharmaceutical portfolios. The role must be performed from Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. The analyst manages and delivers IT services, defines their scope and objectives, and prepares technical deliverables or contributes to related deliverables. The role also involves analyzing and revising system logic and documentation, and devising or modifying procedures to resolve problems while accounting for computer capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results. The position works with market access and commercial platforms, including Model N and IntegriChain Analytics, and uses analytics infrastructure to connect ERPs, data warehouses, and market access systems. The role calls for data analysis and analytics, a strong Oracle background, business intelligence tools, AI solution delivery experience, and client-facing communication skills for eliciting requirements.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience optimizing commercial pricing systems and data infrastructure for complex pharmaceutical portfolios.
Experience with Model N modules for Commercial Contracts, Government Pricing, Rebates, and Chargebacks, including pricing compliance, contract lifecycles, and statutory calculations.
Experience using IntegriChain Analytics to ingest, scrub, and analyze channel data, specialty pharma feeds, and distributor inventories.
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
Data analysis and data analytics experience.
Strong Oracle background and experience.
Good communication and soft skills, including client-facing skills for eliciting requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Spotfire.
Experience delivering solutions with AI.

Responsibilities

Manage, perform, and deliver the associated IT service.
Formulate and define the scope and objectives of the IT service.
Manage and prepare technical deliverables and/or provide input to other deliverables related to the IT service.
Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
Devise or modify procedures to resolve problems, considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results.
Use IntegriChain’s data platform to ingest, scrub, and analyze channel data, specialty pharma feeds, and distributor inventories.
Use SQL and advanced Excel to bridge gaps between ERPs, data warehouses, and market access systems.
Elicit requirements through client-facing communication.
