About The Position

Thriving CPA firm located in central Boca Raton is seeking an experienced accountant to join our team who is friendly, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task. With a big firm mentality but in a small boutique, laid back office, we work as a team to provide the best possible personalized service. The typical services we provide include tax return preparation (1040, 1120S and 1065), QuickBooks write-up, year-end closings, and payroll and sales tax preparation. We don't provide audit or review services and do not work with public or non-profit companies. The firm is nicely balanced between business and individual tax clients. We work in a paperless environment so the candidate must be comfortable working on and around the computer.

Requirements

• Public accounting experience
• Knowledge of preparing tax returns
• Knowledge of payroll processing
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Comfortable working on and around the computer

Nice To Haves

• UltraTax experience
• Caseware experience
