Hyundai Capital Canada (HCCA) is seeking a Sr. Talent Development Associate for a 12-month contract. This role supports the design, delivery, and administration of training and development programs across HCCA. The focus is on facilitating onboarding, soft skills, and corporate training initiatives, maintaining training materials and systems, and ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping. The Associate will partner with the Manager, Talent Development to drive employee growth and uphold learning standards that strengthen workforce capability, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
