About The Position
The Aircraft Group is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner on a contract basis to manage full-cycle recruiting and support business growth. The role involves sourcing, screening, selecting, and onboarding high-quality candidates who are a strong fit. Successful candidates use creative approaches to identify hard-to-find talent, demonstrate expertise in candidate screening, and quickly learn the expectations of highly selective hiring managers. They communicate clearly, build relationships, influence others, maintain humility, and work well under pressure and through challenges.
