About The Position
’s Aircraft Group is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner on a contract basis to manage full-lifecycle recruiting efforts and support business growth. The role involves sourcing, screening, selecting, and onboarding high-quality candidates who are a strong fit. The successful candidate uses creative approaches to identify hard-to-find candidates, screens candidates effectively, and quickly learns the expectations of highly selective hiring managers. They bring an entrepreneurial, ownership-minded approach and humility, communicate clearly, build relationships, influence others, work well under pressure, and thrive on challenges.
