About The Position

Perficient is hiring a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to conduct full-lifecycle recruitment for assigned searches, supporting the growth of the company. The role covers sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding, while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the broader community. It calls for creativity, recruiting vision, business understanding, and strong personal organization. The specialist will work full-time on the Salesforce practice, primarily recruiting Salesforce Solution Architects, as well as consultants, developers, and practice leaders. This is a proactive sourcing role rather than one focused on managing inbound applicants. The specialist works closely with practice members through one-on-ones, recruiting and staffing meetings, and standups, and shadows client calls to understand role requirements and the capabilities sought. Day-to-day work includes proactive outreach to passive candidates, managing job postings and applicants without relying on them as the primary source, soliciting and following up on employee referrals, and sending personalized video introductions. The specialist conducts structured screening interviews using a Humble/Hungry/Smart scorecard and shares results with hiring managers, builds working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, and obtains timely hiring-manager feedback to refine searches. The role suits a curious, energetic, personable, adaptable recruiter who communicates confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and groups; welcomes feedback; and prioritizes making high-quality, trustworthy hires. Salesforce knowledge is a plus, but the specialist is expected to learn the practice from within. Perficient describes its culture as collaborative and inclusive, with a commitment to developing a diverse workforce and providing equal employment opportunities.

  • Genuine curiosity, energy, enthusiasm, and comfort conversing with candidates, hiring managers, and groups.
  • Ability to present to groups and communicate one-on-one.
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to adapt without becoming defensive.
  • Commitment to integrity, trust, and making high-quality hires rather than simply filling roles.
  • Comfort using AI-related recruiting tools; already uses LinkedIn Recruiter and Hiring Assistant and is eager to use tools such as Claude.
