About The Position

Perficient is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of its Salesforce practice. The role is based in Plano, Texas, with two required in-office days per week, and is dedicated full-time to recruiting for the Salesforce practice. The company emphasizes collaboration, trust, inclusion, and development, and provides full-time employees with competitive compensation and benefits. The stated base salary range is $75,000 to $120,000; actual compensation depends on factors including experience, skills, location, training, and organizational needs.
