About The Position

SSOE Group is expanding its presence in the Phoenix market with a new office in Scottsdale, supporting the growth in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, data center investments, and essential community infrastructure. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be crucial to this expansion, leading full-cycle recruitment for technical experts who are instrumental in designing and building the future of the Southwest. The company is committed to innovation, and all team members will receive training on Microsoft Copilot, empowering them to integrate it into their daily work.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience (ideally a mix of corporate and agency/RPO).
  • Strong background or high interest in technical recruitment within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced digital/AI sourcing tools.
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities and lead through influence to deliver results for internal stakeholders.
  • Experience implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within a recruitment framework.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model and willing to travel up to 20% for recruiting events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical, architecture, and engineering roles in our expanding Phoenix/Scottsdale office and surrounding areas.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates in a competitive technical market.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing insights on regional market trends, talent demands, and compensation.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for every candidate, managing everything from initial outreach to successful closing and onboarding.
  • Partner with HR, Marketing, and local leadership to drive employer branding, social media initiatives, and university/professional recruitment events.
  • Maintain accurate data within iCIMS ATS and ensure all processes comply with EEO, OFCCP, and relevant federal/state labor laws.
