About The Position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR operations. This hybrid role blends strategic talent acquisition with generalist-level human resources responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience for candidates, new hires, and employees. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong track record of filling roles across exempt, non-exempt, and technical disciplines
  • Expertise in ATS Platforms and HRIS Systems (ADP preferred)
  • Experience in HR Generalist or Coordinator functions with exposure to onboarding, workforce planning, or employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external candidates.
  • A self-starter who thrives in managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to succeed in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment while maintain attention to detail.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of positions—including manufacturing, technical, exempt, and non-exempt roles—ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers to assess workforce needs, define role requirements, and implement effective, tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide expertise in recruitment best practices, streamlining high-volume and specialized hiring processes to meet evolving business demands.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and brand-aligned representations of open roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates and hiring managers through each stage of the hiring process.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) to inform decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles to support long-term workforce planning.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including staffing firms, colleges, social media platforms, and career fair partners, ensuring cost-effective and performance-driven engagements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, internal referral programs, and community outreach to attract top talent and enhance company visibility.
  • Assist with pre-employment and onboarding tasks, including background checks, I-9 verification, new hire documentation, and conduct new hire orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS data entry and integrity.
  • Support benefits administration, employee file audits, and compliance-related tracking.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement events, training logistics, and recognition programs.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries, escalating issues as needed, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and recruitment processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive employee and company information in accordance with company policy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
