Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record in technical and/or GTM hiring at enterprise software, industrial software, B2B SaaS, or AI/ML businesses
  • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or scale-up where you built as much as you hired
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage people who aren't looking, and you do it with creativity and persistence
  • Data-driven and process-oriented, with hands-on experience in Greenhouse (or a comparable ATS) and a habit of using metrics to improve outcomes
  • Excellent communicator — you write and speak with clarity, adjust your style to different audiences, and know how to get candidates and hiring managers aligned
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience driving alignment and accountability across hiring teams that include senior leaders and founders
  • Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • A genuine passion for building in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the work you do today shapes what the company looks like tomorrow

Nice To Haves

  • Recruiting experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial software space
  • Background in agency recruiting or RPO environments

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end across technical, GTM, and corporate functions in the US and internationally — from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to design and execute structured, best-in-class interview processes, including interviewer calibration, training, and hiring enablement
  • Drive proactive outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent, with a focus on niche, hard-to-find profiles in industrial software, AI/ML, and process engineering domains
  • Build and maintain a prioritization framework for recruiting support across all open roles, serving as a strategic advisor for roles you're not managing end-to-end
  • Own recruiting metrics and reporting across all hiring activity — pipeline health, time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire — using Greenhouse as the system of record
  • Build and evolve Imubit's employer brand, including strategy, content, and channel management across LinkedIn, the careers page, job boards, and social media
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, ensuring every person who engages with Imubit feels informed, respected, and excited about the mission
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to support rapid hiring without compromising the talent bar
