About The Position

Thomson Reuters and KKR are forming a joint venture to operate the Global Print business as a standalone company. We are seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contractor) to support hiring during this transition. You will serve as the strategic recruiting partner for Global Print, leading hiring across multiple leaders, locations, and countries. You will identify, engage, and attract high-performing passive talent while delivering a strong candidate and stakeholder experience. This is a Contract position based our Minneapolis, MN office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience across multiple companies or industries; experience recruiting customer-facing Go-to-Market sales and professional services roles is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success sourcing passive talent and building diverse pipelines.
  • Experience recruiting for and scaling high-performing organizations; global information, professional services, or technology experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday, and the ability to manage up to 20 open roles while balancing speed and candidate experience.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to use recruiting funnel data to guide decisions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, from intake and strategy through accepted offer.
  • Build and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Develop diverse talent pipelines through technology, social media, referrals, community outreach, and professional networks.
  • Design effective assessment and interview processes.
  • Meet performance targets while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Use Workday to post roles, manage candidates and recruiting data, and develop reports.
