This onsite role offers the opportunity to partner closely with business leaders while enjoying the benefits of a collaborative, in-person work environment. Team members work onsite four days per week and enjoy flexible work-from-home options on designated flex days. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Pacific Life, you will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide hiring strategies that support our continued growth and innovation. This newly created position will lead recruiting efforts across a broad range of functional areas, including Finance, Technology and other corporate functions. As a trusted talent advisor, you will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers, leveraging market intelligence, data, and your consultative expertise to attract and secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
