About The Position

They are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring processes, helping to shape their talent acquisition strategy and deliver hires that support the company's growth phase. The role involves partnering with leaders, building pipelines for critical roles, advising on market dynamics, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in competitive markets.

Requirements

  • Experience leading full-cycle recruitment, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or technical environments
  • Ability to influence leaders and operate as a trusted advisor
  • Strong sourcing capability and pipeline development experience
  • Sound judgment in assessing talent across technical and commercial roles
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday)
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
  • Partner with leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans aligned to growth priorities
  • Build pipelines for hard-to-fill and emerging capability roles
  • Advise on talent market dynamics and competitive positioning
  • Lead structured assessment and provide clear hiring recommendations
  • Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience
  • Manage offers and secure top talent in competitive markets
  • Improve hiring outcomes by driving speed, quality, and consistency
