About The Position
The Systems/Network Engineer is accountable for configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing hardware/software in an Enterprise IT environment. Ensures the reliability and operational excellence of information systems that support enterprise infrastructure. This position interacts with Information Technology (IT) support staff and stakeholders to understand business requirements, evaluate solutions, resolve issues, communicate status, and document system changes. The Systems/Network Engineer provides support and troubleshooting for system/network issues, performance, reliability, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Experience in configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing hardware/software in an Enterprise IT environment.
- Ability to ensure the reliability and operational excellence of information systems.
- Skills in interacting with IT support staff and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting system/network issues, performance, reliability, and maintenance.
