About The Position

The Sr. Systems & Development Analyst, EDI Integrations configures and supports EDI integrations within Oracle Integration Cloud to automate B2B document exchange across trading partners. This role administers Oracle B2B Adapter workflows, ensuring seamless connectivity between external partners and internal ERP systems. The analyst will set up and manage trading partner profiles, document translation mappings, and secure transmission protocols (AS2/SFTP). Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting EDI transactions to ensure data accuracy, timely delivery, and system reliability. The role also coordinates with external EDI partners for annual maintenance activities, including SSL certificate renewals. Additionally, the analyst provides technical support, problem determination, and investigation, including the implementation of software patches and upgrades for commercial applications. This position supports client-server packages (thick and thin clients) and web applications. The analyst conducts research and fact-finding to develop or modify application programs and works with vendors to review the quality, adaptability, and compatibility of their products. This role may involve technical responsibility for a critical application or serving as a technical leader with extensive knowledge in a unique technical area. The analyst designs, codes, tests, documents, implements, and maintains moderately complex application programs and interfaces, and provides customer support for package software and associated interfaces. They will work with vendors to resolve software problems and respond to suggestions for improvement. The analyst consults with application users, evaluates requests for new or modified applications and interfaces to determine feasibility, cost, time, compatibility, and capabilities. They research and analyze strategies, programs, and processes across corporate functions, perform system analysis and design, handle critical development issues, and research and analyze data. This role may guide other analysts and provide technical input for project planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related computer field plus 6 years of experience as a Sr. Systems & Development Analyst, EDI Integrations; PeopleSoft Administrator; Oracle DBA; Oracle Fusion Security Administrator; Associate; or similar duties under a different job title.
  • 6 years of experience with: PeopleSoft Server Administration; UNIX and LINUX; Application Designer; Data Mover; Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle DBA; SQL; and WebLogic.
  • 1 year of experience with: Oracle Integration Cloud; Managed File Transfer; Azure DevOps; and Oracle Content Manager.
