About The Position

This position will lead the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts supporting key Honeywell programs. The selected candidate will support the Mechanical Assembly Government Sourcing team. Starting with proposal, fulfillment of the sales order, and ending with negotiating subcontracts or long-term purchase orders. The Sr Subcontracts Specialist will deliver compliant FAR15 packages to the Government, work closely with the Pricing organization, and work negotiate with suppliers to get FAR15 compliant subcontracts in place.

Requirements

• Experience with FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.
• Experience supporting government sourcing teams.
• Experience with sales order fulfillment.
• Experience negotiating subcontracts or long-term purchase orders.
• Ability to deliver compliant FAR15 packages.
• Ability to work closely with pricing organizations.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.

• Manage the process from proposal and fulfillment of the sales order to negotiating subcontracts or long-term purchase orders.
• Deliver compliant FAR15 packages to the Government.
