Requirements

Minimum Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in staffing agency recruiting (high-volume and niche roles)
Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean searches and job board navigation
Confidence in offer negotiation, closing candidates, and onboarding coordination
Well-versed in ATS systems (JobDiva experience a plus) and tech-savvy in general
Excellent communication skills — professional, persuasive, and polished
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Strong organizational habits, urgency, and follow-through
A results-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple searches independently

Responsibilities

Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, job boards (Indeed, Monster, etc.), and community partnerships
Recruit for temp-to-hire, contract, and direct hire positions in light industrial, clerical, skilled trades, and professional categories
Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and align candidates with the right opportunities
Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and ensure all hiring documentation and onboarding are completed and compliant
Call job ad responses and candidate found via sourcing daily
Maintain detailed candidate records in JobDiva ATS
Collaborate with your team and report to the Talent Operations Manager
