Requirements
- Minimum Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in staffing agency recruiting (high-volume and niche roles)
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean searches and job board navigation
- Confidence in offer negotiation, closing candidates, and onboarding coordination
- Well-versed in ATS systems (JobDiva experience a plus) and tech-savvy in general
- Excellent communication skills — professional, persuasive, and polished
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Strong organizational habits, urgency, and follow-through
- A results-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple searches independently

Responsibilities
- Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, job boards (Indeed, Monster, etc.), and community partnerships
- Recruit for temp-to-hire, contract, and direct hire positions in light industrial, clerical, skilled trades, and professional categories
- Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and align candidates with the right opportunities
- Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and ensure all hiring documentation and onboarding are completed and compliant
- Call job ad responses and candidate found via sourcing daily
- Maintain detailed candidate records in JobDiva ATS
- Collaborate with your team and report to the Talent Operations Manager
