Sr. Staff UX Designer
About The Position
Design and develop the next generation of public safety applications leveraging the power of design to inspire change and execute the vision to orchestrate product strategy, evolve design processes, ensure suite-wide consistency, and create functional and appealing product designs. Lead high-level research planning, framing the "North Star" experience vision to inspire stakeholders. Architect product strategy and define cross-product requirements and priorities with leadership. Build partnerships within the Design System team to evolve the system for the entire ecosystem. Coach designers and steer meaningful conversations in design reviews to ensure outcomes. Influence product-level decisions by helping partners understand impacts on the larger suite/ecosystem.
Requirements
- Masters degree + 1 year experience
