About The Position

The Senior Graphic Designer will spearhead the development of innovative and impactful visual content for SNC. This role involves leading the design team, managing complex projects, and ensuring the highest standards of visual communication across all media. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in graphic design or related field.
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Extensive experience with graphics design application programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Software, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-level design projects and innovation.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with software application programs such as, SolidWorks, 3DS Max, The Foundry Modo, Zbrush, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Filezilla, Wordpress tools, and Google Apps.
Exposure to web and print design, video/audio editing, 2D and/or 3D animation.
Understanding of 3D printing software such as Autodesk Mesh Fusion, 3DS Z Edit Pro, Autodesk NetFabb, or Google Sketchup.
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of designers, providing mentorship and professional development.
Manage multiple high-impact projects and ensure on-time delivery.
Integrate the latest design trends and technologies into visual content.
Represent the design team in strategic meetings and presentations.
